How a Repair Works

    Drop your bat at our Canberra or Sydney store, or send it to our Mitchell ACT workshop from anywhere in Australia.

  • We inspect it

    We inspect the bat and check for any additional damage. If extra work is required beyond the original request, we will quote and confirm it with you before doing that additional work.

  • We repair it

    Most repairs are normally completed within approximately one week. More extensive repairs may take longer, and we'll let you know if additional time is required.

How much does a repair cost?

Each listed service has a set price, from $5 for extra Shoe Goo up to $145 for a complete repair.

What if my bat needs more than what I've asked for?

We inspect every bat before starting. If we find damage beyond your original request, we'll quote and confirm that with you before doing any extra work.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are normally completed within about a week. More extensive repairs may take longer, and we'll keep you informed if that applies to your bat.

Can I drop my bat off in person?

Yes, at our Canberra (Mitchell) or Sydney (Hurstville) store.

Can I send my bat from elsewhere in Australia?

Yes, we accept bats for repair by post from anywhere in Australia. You're responsible for postage both ways.

What handle shapes are available with the rehandle service?

Our $90 rehandle service is available in round, oval, semi-oval and other handle shapes. Contact us if you have a specific handle-shape requirement.
